Over the years, we've slowly built up a toolbox of holistic wellness products that support our family in staying healthy, recovering faster, and feeling better day to day. Some we use daily, some weekly, and others we keep on hand for when we need them. These are the tools I genuinely reach for — and the ones I recommend over and over when people ask where to start.
Here’s a breakdown of what we use, why we love it, and how we keep it all manageable.
Recovery & Mobility Tools
For sore muscles, lymphatic movement, and keeping your body functioning well — whether you're chasing toddlers or just finished a workout.

Neuro Ball – This small but mighty ball is great for rolling out feet and triggering lymph movement. I love using it while standing at the counter or after a long day.
Rolling Sticks – These are like a foam roller you can control better, especially for legs. Great for recovery and helping with circulation. After a long bedtime routine with lots of bouncing- these feel incredible!
Foam Rollers – A classic! We keep this for general body rolling — especially helpful when feeling tight, tense, or needing to get things moving. I love rolling out my glutes and back.
** Scraping Tools – These are amazing for muscle release, fascia work, and breaking up tension. I use them with a bit of oil post-shower and like to really dig in to sore places- like your thumbs when your constantly picking up a newborn.
[Massage Guns] One & Two– We have two and love both. Deep tissue massage without needing an actual massage appointment. The first one we've had for over 5 years now!
Flossing Bands – Great for targeted recovery and blood flow. My husband uses them most post-workout.
TENS Unit (Marc Pro) – A go-to for nerve and muscle stimulation, especially after heavy lifting or long days. You can even use this for labor contractions, migraines and so much more!
Cold Therapy & Circulation Support
Helping the body recover, reduce inflammation, and boost energy through cold exposure and targeted therapy.

Frozen Face Roller / Ice Baths – I love using this first thing in the morning to wake up my face and calm puffiness. Ice baths are also our go-to for full-body reset.
** Cupping Set – One of our FAVORITES! We use this all the time, seriously. These help release tension and support detox by allowing fresh blood flow to the area that is cupped. Like I said, we use these ALL THE TIME. You can literally put them anywhere!
Electric Cupping – A step up from traditional cups with heat and suction options. Really effective and easy to use. I really like these because of how easy it is to just suction it on your skin in one step.
Eye Massager – This is my personal favorite for tension headaches or screen-heavy days. It also promotes circulation around the eyes and feels amazing!
Detox & Lymphatic Health
Gentle ways to support your body's detox pathways and promote daily wellness, naturally.

Castor Oil Pack + Castor Oil – These are staples for liver support and digestive health. I wear mine in the evenings while I wind down.
** Genie – A gentle massager that is so great because you can use it on any part of your body. The massage gun would be awful on bones, but this massager can go over knees, elbows, your collarbone, etc. It's PERFECT for supporting lymphatic drainage and breaking up congestion in your chest. I use this a lot when Alexander and I are congested, but I also use it on my kids too (a light setting, of course!).
Body Brush – An easy way to support lymph movement before showers. Just a few minutes makes a huge difference.
Epsom Salts – Magnesium + detox = yes please. We use these in baths multiple times a week.
Hydrogen Baths – Next level bath therapy. These help neutralize oxidative stress and leave you feeling refreshed.
** Magnesium Lotion – Great for muscle recovery, better sleep, and calming restless legs (for both moms and kids). Also great for cramps during pregnancy!!
Daily Wellness Tools (That Actually Work)
Tools we use daily or weekly to support energy, sleep, and overall well-being — small habits that make a big impact.

** Red Light – We use these in bedrooms and bathrooms to wind down without messing with circadian rhythm. We also use this on any part of the body that needs extra support. Throat, face, chest, stomach, head, etc. It supports cell regeneration so think long term healing.
Trampoline – Great for lymph drainage, whole-body regulation, and toddler energy bursts. Our toddler uses this daily!
** Sauna Blanket (Bon Charge) – A favorite for deep detox and stress relief. Feels like a spa treatment at home. I made the mistake of not letting it warm up before getting in it, and the first time I did wait, it was a night and day difference! We also use this with our kiddos when they are starting to feel sick!
Sleep & Breathwork Support
Simple tools that help us wind down, sleep deeper, and recover better — even when life is chaotic.

Nasal Strips – Support better breathing overnight, especially if congested. These are a daily-use in our family!
** Mouth Tape – Helps promote nasal breathing during sleep — I notice a huge difference in how rested I feel. Try out it for yourself and I can almost guarantee you'll feel the difference!
Eye Massager – Including it again here because it’s that good for relaxation and sleep prep. And because it is so easy to use, it can become a daily habit!
