Birth Plan Template

First off, Congrats!! My daughters unmedicated birth was the most magical day of my life. It's unlike anything I have ever experienced. I spent my entire pregnancy working with my doula to educate myself on everything that my body was going through and what would be happening during labor, delivery, and beyond. I spent hours researching each decision and discussing them with my husband to create my birth plan. I've turned this plan into a template so that you can go through piece by piece to create a plan that fits your desires.
